Con Dao or "Con Son Dao Ngoc" (Pearl Island) is in the East Sea of about 97 nautical miles from Vung Tau. Visitor could also go by helicopter but this was able to take just 20 people at a time. Moreover, the infrastructure for entertaining tourists until ecently remainned unsatisfactory.
